Rayflon offers a compressive range of piston seals, rod seals, shaft seals made of virgin PTFE and filled grades of PTFE(PTFE compounds) for rotary applications.
These piston rings are widely utilized into oil-free air compressors and hydraulic applications.
Materials include: Carbon filled PTFE, Graphite filled PTFE, Bronze filled PTFE, etc. These materials are self-lubrication to meet the machines demands without lubrication.
Ring type: Rayflon provides a variety of piston ring style to create an efficient sealing system like Single, straight cut, diagonal, stepped cut and two piece piston ring.
All above grades are available as well as custom made upon client's requests are accepted.
